what is the return policy?
For the safety of our customers all sales are final unless a mistake was made on our end. All tumblers and kups are final sale.
When will I receive my order?
Processing time takes 1-3 days. Once items are processed, they will ship between 3-5 days. Customized items vary.
DO we make bulk orders for events?
Yes! We love a good custom bulk order. Please keep in mind the timeframe you need the order and allow at least 1-3 days processing time working time.
